SAN DIEGO - A recent graduate of the Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) Graduate Professional Medical Education (GME) program celebrates after receiving his diploma at the Graduate Professional Medical Education (GME) program graduation ceremony at Spreckels Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park.
