Patient increase generates joint operations at WBAMC

Twylah Nelson, combat medic, Internal Medicine Clinic, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, demonstrates common procedures for patients being admitted into the recently launched temporary urgent care clinic at WBAMC dedicated to providing patient care for referred patients from the hospital’s Emergency Department, Feb. 7. The temporary clinic, alongside an after-hours clinic, were launched to mitigate patient volume and provide patient care for acute medical issues.
