WBAMC mystery shopper aims to gauge patient experience
A Red Cross volunteer provides a patient experience survey to Sgt. Emmanuel Rivera, a culinary specialist with 1st Battalion, 36th Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, after Rivera’s scheduled appointment as part of William Beaumont Army Medical Center Patient Assistance Office’s mystery shopper program, which randomly allows patients to provide instant feedback regarding their experience during medical appointments or visits.
