UCT2 Sailors Donate Blood to Crash Survivors
CHUUK, Federated States of Micronesia (Sept. 28, 2018) Builder 2nd Class Brock Farmer donates blood for transfusion to a critically injured passenger from Air Niugini flight PX56 that crash landed in a lagoon near Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia, International Airport. Farmer is assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, which was among the first responders to the crash and they assisted local authorities pull passengers and crew from the aircraft before it sank.
