Strengthening medical capabilities through global health engagements in the Pacific
Brig. Gen. Bertram Providence, commanding general, Regional Health Command-Pacific (RHC-P), provided the head of the Thai delegation, Lt. Gen. Chumpol Piamsomboon, surgeon general, Royal Thai Army Medical Department, an overview of RHC-P’s efforts to educate and expertly train leaders, Soldiers and civilians through the sustainment of medical proficiency. RHC-P is dedicated to the mission of enhancing medical readiness in the Pacific, and recently hosted a delegation of senior medical leaders from the Kingdom of Thailand’s Royal Thai Army Medical Department, Nov. 7, at the headquarters location on Oahu, Hawaii.
