MILLINGTON, Tenn. (Feb. 17, 2016) Lt. Cmdr. Osmel Alfonso, medical leads program manager for Navy Recruiting Command, holds a display of photos over his career. Following his enlisted career as a hospital corpsman, Alfonso earned his commission in the Navy as a medical service corps officer through the In-Service Procurement Program.
