Rear Adm. Brandon Taylor, director Defense Health Agency Public Health, addresses Defense Centers for Public Health–Aberdeen staff, guests and officials April 5, 2023, as part of a ribbon-cutting ceremony launching the new $248 million, 280,000-square-foot Public Health Laboratory at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md. The lab is comprised of 67 individual lab spaces that will serve most of the Center’s directorates including Environmental Health Sciences and Engineering, Occupational Health Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, and Toxicology.
