NMETLC NAMES 2017 Sailor of the Year
SAN ANTONIO (Nov. 17, 2017) — Sailors in competition for Navy Medicine Education Training and Logistics Command (NMETLC) Sailor of the Year (SOY) 2017 observe the parading of the colors at the NMETLC SOY announcement ceremony. The ceremony marked the end of a week-long meeting to reflect on Navy leadership and heritage and decide the Sailor to be named 2017 NMETLC SOY.
