JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Aug. 23, 2018) Lt. Emily Crowell, a registered nurse at Naval Hospital Jacksonville's family medicine clinic, discusses cervical cancer screening rates at a "4 Disciplines of Execution" planning meeting at the hospital.
