Naval Health Clinic Annapolis celebrates grand opening of new state-of-the art facility
ANNAPOLIS, Maryland (May 10, 2017) From the left: Capt. Michael B. McGinnis, commanding officer, Naval Health Clinic Annapolis; Vice Adm. Walter E. “Ted” Carter Jr., superintendent, United States Naval Academy; Rear Adm. Terry Moulton, deputy surgeon general and deputy chief, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery and Rear Adm. Anne M.
