MEDCOM leadership lecture: Emotional intelligence for management of emotions
The Office of the Army Surgeon General and U.S. Army Medical Command hold regular leadership seminars to support their Leader Development Program. On November 18, 2021, Cheri Najor, MSW, CSW, a licensed family therapist, addressed the leadership audience. “Emotional intelligence is at the heart of leadership,” Najor said. “It’s the key to success, great relationships, and amazing outcomes. The person with the most emotional tools wins.”
