Maj. Gen. Mike Talley accepts the unit colors from Lt. Gen. Theodore Martin, Commanding General, U.S. Army Combined Arms Center and Fort Leavenworth, KS, as he accepts command of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence at a ceremony held at MacArthur Field, Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston on June 23, 2022.
