U.S. Army Soldier Pfc. Lingo was one of 48 U.S. and international service members to earn the coveted German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge during GAFPB testing on post, May 1- 9. The GAFPB is a decoration of the Bundeswher, the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Germany. It is one of the few foreign awards that service members in the U.S. Military are approved to wear.
