Hurricane Maria
A local resident from Humacao, Puerto Rico is prepared for hand surgery by Soldiers of the 14th Combat Support Hospital at the Humacao Arena where the 14th CSH set up a field hospital to support residents affected by Hurricane Maria, Oct. 18, 2017.
