Hill Airman receives Purple Heart
Electronic Warfare Specialist Tech. Sgt. Jesus Soto receives a Purple Heart from 388th Component Maintenance Squadron Commander Lt. Col. Steven Oliver at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, Oct. 30, 2015. Soto was injured in 2005 while deployed with the 1st Security Forces Squadron to Forward Operating Base Speicher near Tikrit, Iraq.
