YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 14, 2018) Vice Adm. Phillip Sawyer (center), commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, views the Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System aboard Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) during a tour of the ship.
