Battalion Landing Team 1/4 Marines, Sailors conduct Valkyrie training aboard USS Somerset
INDIAN OCEAN (Dec. 22, 2020) – U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Jonathan Bussey establishes a connection line into U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Joseph Sheppard, a rifleman with Bravo Company, both with Battalion Landing Team 1/4, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit during Valkyrie emergency fresh whole blood transfusion training aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25).
