AWC Series: Metabolisms
The Army Wellness Center uses a FitMate machine that you place on your head, and makes you feel like an astronaut. The FitMate uses Oxygen uptake (VO2) and is measured in real-time by means of a dynamic mixing chamber. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
