NSMRL Announces Scientist of the Year and Junior Scientist of the Year
GROTON, Conn (Jul. 23, 2024) – Dr. Jeffrey Bolkhovsky, winner of the Dr. Edward E. Cudahy Excellence in Scientific Leadership award, and Mr. Matthew Daley, winner of the Dr. Jo Ann Smith Kinney Excellence in Scientific Support award, outside of the Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory.
