Naval Hospital Jacksonville Value-based Care
MAYPORT, Fla. (June 22, 2017) – Lt. Cmdr. Jeremy Ramsey (right), a sports medicine physician, and Lt. Justin Hoblet, a physical therapist, assess range of motion in Russell Sibert’s knee, as part of Naval Branch Health Clinic Mayport’s osteoarthritis integrated practice unit (IPU). The osteoarthritis IPU is one of four launched by Naval Hospital Jacksonville as part of its value-based care pilot for Navy Medicine. Value-based care focuses on results that matter most to patients, from feeling healthy and having a sense of well-being, to being able to do daily activities and fulfill life roles at work and home.
