WBAMC Surgical Nurses show appreciation to staff

Domonique Alexander, surgical nurse, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, presents a certificate of appreciation to Joe Ortiz, facility maintenance specialist, in recognition of his support to the WBAMC Surgical Unit during a Staff Appreciation Day event, Aug. 24. The event reiterated the importance of hospitality and customer service during a patient's stay at the hospital.
