Captain Joel A. Roos, Naval Medical Center San Diego, recognized Petty Officer 2nd Class Rendy Tolo Mar. 27 and awarded him a Navy Achievement Medal for his actions to assist San Bernardino Police Officers. The San Bernardino Police Department recognized Tolo today in San Bernardino and presented him with the Citizen's Medal.
