U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Kathryn Burke, a medical technician with the 130th Medical Group at McLaughlin Air National Guard Base, Charleston, West Virginia, inserts an intravenous (IV) catheter into the arm of a fellow nurse as practice prior to using a catheter on a patient in the emergency room at Bassett Army Community Hospital, Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Aug. 21, 2017.
